A strong start!

February brought a training for sales advisors from five watch brands, taking me to Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. The workshop focused on understanding watch complications and creating compelling customer stories. Exploring cultural nuances, like lunar phases, was a highlight. The sellers were amazed by the connections between watches and symbolic concepts we discussed.

Television « Morning Show »

At the « Watches and Wonders 2023 » watch salon, the presentation of some new releases each morning during the live « Morning Show » television show was a real challenge. Summarizing the unique features of the watches, interacting with the hosts and colleagues – what a wonderful experience. It’s a pleasure to know that we are ambassadors for all those who couldn’t physically attend the salon.

Crafting Compelling Messages

A mighty collection of watches and jewelry inspired by a fascinating animal. Structuring the message, developing it, and making it attractive so that the brand can build its own training tool is a very attractive challenge. The inclusion of competing brands and market trends makes these types of assignments even more interesting.

Engaging Sales Teams: Unveiling the fascination of Watch Complications

How to make the sales staff appreciate watch complications based on existing training documents. This was the mandate for an established watch brand, carried out in April with remote conferences, replicated twice daily, to accommodate participants in different time zones.

A true feat of animation and interactivity that leaves extraordinary memories. The quantity of messages and the type of exchanges testify to the pleasure of discovering watchmaking and sales arguments in a very different way.

Bella Italia!

Training the staff on how to appreciate and sell the collections of an haute horlogerie company took me to Rome. The retailer in question, well-established and representing famous luxury brands, was amazed by the different possibilities to showcase watches, as well as by the vocabulary used to charm the female clientele.
